We asked the homies to open their mind and perceive their surroundings in a bending light. What we got was a lot of poems about death, capitalist madness in the air, micro-intruders and eternal blues of the displaced, talking pets, blurry motions through the city, yearnings of agony to get through the day, and one or two healthy activities like jogging through the hills in community and the joy of self-care.
